How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Can I amend/update my order?
Changes can only be made to your order before it has been dispatched. In situations where you may have entered the wrong address, shipping method, or there is a product discrepancy, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help.

What happens if an item I’ve ordered is unavailable
In the event where your order may not be fulfilled (awkward for us) you will be contacted immediately by the MAWDE team to arrange an alternative or a refund.
Do you have any brick and mortar store locations or stock lists? Where can I buy MAWDE?
MAWDE exists right here, on the world wide web (for now) and right here alone. If you’ve heard otherwise, I'm afraid you've been had.
Where do you fulfil orders from?
All MAWDE orders are shipped out of Sydney, Australia.
Do I have to sign for my order?
COVID times have changed the way we deliver and accept mail. So it really depends on your local mail carrier and how hands-on they need to be to fulfil your deliveries.
All orders are shipped by a registered service that must be signed for at the time of delivery. If you are not home to sign for your parcel at the time of delivery your parcel, depending on the mail carrier, you may have the option to leave at the door or delivered to your local post office and a card will be left at your address for collection. You will have this option when you receive your tracking number. If you do not collect your parcel from the post office within 7 business days your parcel will be returned to us and will incur a $10 standard delivery fee to resend this out.

Will my order be dispatched the same day?
All orders placed before 11am (AEST or AEDT during Daylight Savings Time) on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same business-day. Orders placed after this time on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the next business-day. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed within 24 hours of the next business-day. MAWDE offers complimentary standard shipping which will take between 3 to 7 business days. For express shipping, this will take 1-2 business days, regional may take an extra 2-4 business days.
What happens if my order has gone missing or is not delivered?
Oh no! For any delivery or shipment issues please contact us at email@example.com ASAP to have this parcel tracked down.
What types of payment do you accept
We gladly accept credit card payment via VISA, Mastercard and Amex, and Paypal. Afterpay in Australia is coming soon.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Orders shipped outside of Australia are not inclusive of duties and taxes and will be shipped DDU (delivery duty unpaid). You are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the country requirements where the order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment will be required to release your order.
MAWDE is not responsible for the payment of this duty. For more information on any customs and duties that may be incurred, double-check with your local customs office.
Do you offer any sales, discounts or promotions?
Very good question pals. See, at MAWDE we’re interested in slow fashion, slow living, and slow consumption, which means we tend to stray from sales activity. This also means that every dollar spent on MAWDE goes directly to the makers, manufacturers and craftsfolk making each piece.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return has been received by MAWDE your refund or exchange will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation by email.
Do you offer free returns?
We offer free returns on all orders within Australia. Return freight from all other locations is the responsibility of the customer. Check out our Returns Policy for more info.
What happens with returned packages or failed deliveries?
In the case where your parcel could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, MAWDE is not liable for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier (which includes any unpaid customs or taxes). In addition to this, MAWDE is not responsible for any fees incurred upon re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer standard free shipping on all orders within Australia. However, If you wish to receive your order sooner, we also offer express shipping for a flat fee of $15.
All international orders are shipped for a flat fee of AUD$40.
