ORDERS
1. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
2. Can I amend/update my order?
Changes can only be made before dispatch. If you’ve entered the wrong address, shipping method, or notice a product issue, please contact us immediately at info@mawdelife.com.
3. What happens if an item I’ve ordered is unavailable?
We’ll contact you right away to arrange an alternative or refund.
4. Do you have any brick-and-mortar stores or stockists?
MAWDE is exclusively available online via our website. If you’ve heard otherwise — sorry, that’s a scam.
5. Where do you fulfil orders from?
All orders are packed and shipped from Sydney, Australia.
6. Do I have to sign for my order?
Signature is typically required. Depending on your courier and tracking preferences, some parcels may be left at the door or redirected to your local post office.
7. Will my order be dispatched the same day?
Orders placed before 11am (AEST or AEDT) on weekdays are shipped same day. Orders after 11am or on weekends will ship the next business day.
8. What happens if my order has gone missing or is not delivered?
Please email us at info@mawdelife.com as soon as possible. We’ll work with the courier to track it down.
PAYMENT
9. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal - and Afterpay is coming soon for Australian customers.
10. Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Orders outside Australia are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You’re responsible for any local duties and taxes required to receive your parcel.
11. Do you offer any sales or discounts?
MAWDE supports slow fashion. That means fewer sales and more support for our makers. Every dollar goes into quality, not clearance bins.
RETURNS
12. My item is faulty, what do I do?
Please email us at info@mawdelife.com and we’ll take care of it.
13. How do I return an item?
Send an email to info@mawdelife.com to initiate your return.
14. How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. You’ll receive confirmation by email once it’s complete.
15. Do you offer free returns?
Yes, within Australia. International return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
16. What happens with returned packages or failed deliveries?
If your parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unpaid duties, or non-collection, the cost of re-shipping and related fees is your responsibility.
SHIPPING
17. Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free Australia-wide. Express shipping is $15 flat. International shipping is AUD$40 flat.
