All domestic orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours of being placed. If your order is placed on a weekend or a gazetted NSW public holiday it will be dispatched the following working day unless the garment has been displayed as a pre-order.
We offer complimentary standard shipping, but you can choose to express post your purchase at a flat fee of $15. Express Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment, regional may take an additional 2-4 days. Standard Metro deliveries will arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
During sale periods we will endeavour to commit to our normal delivery times, however some deliveries may take 1-2 days longer.
In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.
All international orders are shipped at a flat rate of AUD$40.00. Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.
Our prices are shown in AUD and exclude duties and taxes of your country and is your responsibility to review your countries import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office to confirm fees and information regarding import taxes prior to placing an order.
We reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.
Changes to your Order & Cancellations
