Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, provided:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • The item isn’t marked Final Sale
  • You provide proof of purchase
  • You email us at info@mawdelife.com

Sale Items

  • Sale items can be returned for store credit or size exchange
  • Final Sale items are non-refundable, unless faulty
  • Return shipping for sale items is the customer’s responsibility

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, incorrect, or doesn’t match the description, email us at info@mawdelife.com.
We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, and cover return postage where required.

Please note: if stock is no longer available, a replacement may not be offered.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
    (allow up to 7 business days depending on your provider)
  • Store credit is applied to your MAWDE account within 48 hours of return and is valid for 12 months

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, you're entitled to a refund, exchange or repair, along with compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage.
